Projects

Highlighted on this page are some of the projects that Theresa has had the opportunity to be a part of, providing conceptional design ideas, project planning, budget analysis, and project completions.

2025 Vibrant Denver Bond

The Vibrant Denver Bond will invest in the City of Denver’s future by repairing and improving the vital infrastructure and community spaces so many rely on daily—like roads, bridges, parks, playgrounds, recreation centers, and libraries.

By funding local, high-impact projects, Denver can foster equity, strengthen the vibrancy and economic resilience of the city and avoid higher costs for critical infrastructure down the road. It can also position Denver to meet the needs and demands of tomorrow by expanding parkland and open space and better connecting neighborhoods.

The Anderson Academic Commons serves as both a quiet study space and a gathering place for students. The building hosts over 114,000 online periodical resources and 39,500 feet of linear library collections. Opened in 2013, the LEED Silver Certified building reflects 10 years of feedback about ideal academic and library services for 21st-century students and teachers.

The stunning natural environment provides a contemplative wilderness setting where all community members can retreat from the city to enjoy unique and meaningful programming. This campus provides an opportunity for students to meaningfully grow and lean into DU’s 4D Experience.

Community Commons

With 360-degree views of campus and a sweeping outlook on the Front Range, the new Community Commons at the University of Denver offers a stunning centerpiece for a beautiful campus. From picturesque views, comfortable lounges to relax in, a central dining hall with countless food options and Denver’s newest green roof, the 132,000-square-foot building is designed to invigorate the traditional student experience. The Community Commons aims to be the new central place for students, faculty, staff and alumni to gather and connect.
